BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT VALIDATE BOOKING!

ATTENTION: Your spa treatments are reserved specially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking or canceling an appointment.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a 24-Hour notice of cancellation. please make any schedule changes a day before appointment to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 50% deposit fee for the scheduled service.

NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW /MISSED APPOINTMENT (reschedule is allowed, but the rescheduling must be done within 24hrs)
